Savoca is one the most attractive center in the area of Taormina. We join the city trough a panoramic way along the Ionic coast. In 2008, Savoca became one of the most beautiful village of italy , famous for being chosen for various international movies like, "The Godfather" realized by Coppola in the year 1972 and "La vita rubata" in 2007. After a "granita" in the famous "Vitelli's bar (where some stages of "The Godfather" were realized), we'll continue our way to Forza d'agrô; a balcony to the Jonio sea where you can admire the entire coast with Taormina and Castelmola, the Giardini-Naxos bay and the powerful Etna. Like Savoca, Forza d'agrô was chosen by Coppola for various stages of the "Godfather". After a lunch, let's go for our last visit. Castelmola. Like Savoca, Castelmola was declared one of the most beautiful village of Italy. From its "piazza Sant'Antonio", let's dream and admire the fabulous Etna with the small villages around it, the Ionic coast, the golf of Giardini-Naxos and the Strait of Messina. The trip inside the village will bring you, along very small streets and curious ancient houses to the "Piazza Duomo", the place to be to visit the church and, last but not least, to taste the famous " Vino alla Mandorla" (almond's wine) in a very particular bar!
